David was born and raised in Long Beach. He has worked with several nonprofits in his region to help support his community, the Washington Neighborhood, where he started a community project that combines academics and athletics for underprivileged student-athletes. He received his Bachelors of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the California State University of Long Beach. As a graduate of Cabrillo High School, he’s worked on creating a scholarship for Cabrillo’s most disadvantaged juniors and seniors. David’s proud to represent TNP, and his drive to help others comes from his upbringing where his family struggled with homelessness. In his free time, he loves to play basketball and travel abroad.
