What to Bring:
Please bring a copy of your complete and current court dockets, or your DOJ Rap Sheet. Call for information on how to get these documents. If you have a copy of a background check report given to you by an employer, please bring that along with your other documentation.
Am I Ready? You may qualify for Prop 47 or Prop 64 any time! You may qualify for expungement if you are not on probation, parole, or court supervision, and not facing current charges.
